Offer type: salePublished: 06.02.2014
Alpolic®/fr is an aluminum composite material consisting of two aluminium sheets with a thickness of 0.5 mm and refractory mineral filled core. The panels are of a thickness of 3, 4 or 6 mm of the Front surface is covered with fluorocarbon paint on the basis of Lumiflon and processed internal corrosion protravel primer.
Currently Alpolic is considered the most suitable material for external cladding of buildings and are used in various projects around the world. Aluminum is the most popular building material due to its low weight, high corrosion resistance, and ease and adaptability in the processing.
The exterior surface is made of composite material Alpolic, really perfectly flat. The secret lies in the unique method of manufacturing a composite material. The process of continuous lamination allows you to achieve exceptional flatness of the surface of the panels by eliminating even the slightest irregularities, usually appearing when using thin aluminum sheet. Another outstanding property ALPOLIC is a surprising uniformity of color, as well as its unsurpassed resistance to environmental effects. In fact, as the front cover material ALPOLIC used fluorocarbon paint on the basis of Lumiflon, which is applied by continuous dyeing rolls of aluminum sheet by the method of matrix dispersion. Subsequently laminating line is compounding painted aluminum sheets with mineral substrate, resulting in a composite material. Packed in wooden boxes Alpolic is sent to the buyer for further processing, and soon we will be able to see him on the facade of another architectural masterpiece.
