Contactors PML are designed for use in fixed installations for remote start direct connection to the network, stopping, and reversing three-phase asynchronous motors with squirrel-cage rotor AC frequency 50 and 60 Hz. In the presence of thermal overload relays motor starters protect controllable motors from overloads of inadmissible duration and currents that occur at the precipice of one of the phases.
