Gearboxes conical-cylindrical two-stage type CC-200, KT-250, CC-300, CC-350, CC-400, KC-500are designed for use in products handling equipment, for maintenance needs of existing equipment and to increase the torque and reduce the speed of different machines and mechanisms.
Conditions of use of the gears CC
· gearboxes CC allow rotation of the shaft in both directions when the speed of the input shaft is not more than 1500 rpm and cutting speed gears of not more than 12 m/s;
· gearboxes CC designed for continuous operation;
· the load is constant or variable, one direction and reversible;
· work is ongoing with periodic stops;
· operation in microclimatic areas with moderate (climatic version), as well as dry and wet tropical (T) climate and category 2 according to GOST 15150.
Gearboxes designed for CC use products handling equipment, as well as for maintenance needs of existing equipment. Two-stage gearboxes type CC consist of a pair of conical wheels with spiral tooth (high-speed step), and a pair of cylindrical helical gears.
