A drying device AC-500 is designed for drying small
loose wood materials, obtained by crushing waste
woodworking industries and waste activities
agricultural enterprises with humidity up to 75% and
of natural humidity, the fraction of the raw materials 1,0-3,0 mm (e.g. peroralnyh
sawdust). The unit is a set of devices that provide
the supply of bulk materials in pavloposad capacity from 200 kg/h
up to 500 kg/h/ for which the material passes through the heat generator (furnace),
injection is mixed with products of combustion and under the influence
exhaust fan flows into the cyclone separator, separating the dried fraction
and the air-gas mixture. To ensure the safety of the mixture of raw materials and
the products of combustion in the heat generator installed spark arrester, and
the coolant enters the pneumatic pipelines with t=150-250 °C.
The device AC-500 comes in the form of basic units (components),
which must be assembled (installed) on site
installation.
