GREENHOUSES ARCHED THE QUICK-CONNECT TABS-4

                                                            

Greenhouse quickly arched team (TUBBS-4) under cellular polycarbonate or polyethylene film of steel profile pipes of square section 20x20 mm and a wall thickness of 2mm. High strength and stiffness of the frame is provided a flexible, and welding inner arches and end walls as a monolith elements.

Metal frame greenhouses are designed and manufactured to

use in the quality of coverage standard sheets of cellular polycarbonate 2100х6000х4 mm with minimum waste.

 The composition of the greenhouse TUBBS-4 (width 3 m, length 4 m) includes:

1. Metal framework that includes

· the end wall with entrance door and window;

· the end wall with window;

· three non-separable internal arch with fasteners;

· a set of longitudinal members with fasteners.
2. The bottom base is made of pine beams with dimensions in cross section 50x100 mm and impregnated antiseptic .

     3. Three sheets of cellular polycarbonate 2100х6000х4 mm.

4. A set of special fastening and connecting elements for installation of cellular polycarbonate.

      Delivery can be made both with delivery and installation on site, and transport the buyer in any set – frame, base, polycarbonate.

Overall dimensions of the greenhouse TUBBS-4: length - 4 m, width 3 m, height 2.25 m ,

          According to customer's requirement the longitudinal size greenhouses may increase by a multiple of two meters in the range of 4m. and more installation additional interior walls with door.

Allowed delivery with two identical end walls (window and door).

 

 

 

 

The cost of the component parts of a greenhouse TUBBS-4:

2. The cost of the sheets of cellular polycarbonate 2100х6000х4 mm 3pc. and a set of fastening elements thereto agreed separately.
