The main objective of valve is to ensure the distribution of fluid through the system through the tubes of the high pressure. It generates start, stop and direction of flow of the working fluid. The tasks performed by the control valve, include hydraulic protection against overloads ( spool lifting and lowering compulsory), unloading the hydraulic system by the overflow of fluid into the tank (the spool in the neutral position is at idle).
Valves R80-3/1-222 are installed in hydraulic systems of tractors UMZ-6 (different modifications), on agricultural tractors of General purpose T-150, T-151, HTZ - different modifications of tractors MTZ-80 and MTZ-82, as well as caterpillar tractors DT-75 (different modifications).
