Pipe polyethylene water pressure are used in the construction and reconstruction of external pipelines supplying water for housing and public utilities of cities and settlements and industrial consumers. Polyethylene pipes can transport other gaseous and liquid compounds to which a material such as polyethylene is chemically resistant. Water pipes are produced according to DSTU B V. 2.7-151:2008 "polyethylene Pipes for cold water", and also the Klimovsk pipe plant according to GOST 18599-2001 "pressure Pipes made of polyethylene" .
The pipes are produced from high density polyethylene (HDPE) grades PE 100+, PE 100, PE 80 and PE 63. Dimensional relationships are established by standard SDR 41 - SDR 6, nominal diameter range is set from 16 mm to 1600 mm at the main operating pressures 2.0; 1.6; 1.25; 1.0; 0.8; 0.6; 0.4 MPa . Colour of the pipes shall be black with blue marker stripes. The pipes are made of high density polyethylene (HDPE), are produced in direct pieces from 110 mm to 1600 mm with fixed length of 12 m. the consumer's specifications By the factory produces pieces of pipes of any other standardized length. Products with a diameter less than 110 mm is produced in coils and coils in length from 50 m to 1000 m.
According to the norms DSTU B V. 2.7-151:2008 "polyethylene Pipes for cold water" products manufactured by RTZ and Katz by passed mandatory certification, which is confirmed by certificates of conformity UA1.107.0050202-09 and UA1.107.0151617-11. In addition to the required certificates and permits, Rubezhansky pipe plant has passed the procedure of conformity of quality system ISO 9001. This document clearly confirms that the plant produces products which corresponds to the best samples in the industry.
Polyethylene pipes have advantages over other types (cast iron, metal, concrete):
- polyethylene pipelines are used much longer than cast iron, metal, or concrete pipes ( warranty period for polyethylene pipe is 50 years);
- not corrode when in contact with water and various aggressive environments;
- 3-4 times lighter than metal, cast iron and concrete pipes;
- diameters from 20mm to 110mm are available bays from 50 to 1000 meters, which significantly reduces the use of consumables during installation, and also increases the speed of installation;
- HDPE pipe is less expensive, easier and takes less time than metal;
- when connecting pipes made of polyethylene can be used electrofusion fittings , the welding process becomes much faster and easier;
- on working with polymer piping is much shorter than for welders on steel;
- plastic joint does not require additional consumables such as electrodes and insulation;
- for plastic pipelines there is a possibility of repeated use at a low cost of rewiring;
- easily disposed of and recycled where appropriate;
- plastic pipelines can be laid using the method of pulling;
- polyethylene pipes are highly flexible;
- discharge piping from HDPE to withstand variable loads of soil
- withstand earthquakes;
- low roughness of the inner surface of a plastic pipe allows you to use the diameter on the lower line while maintaining the hydraulic properties of the pipeline;
- in pipelines made of polyethylene PE-100 significantly reduced the risk of water hammer due to the relatively low modulus of elasticity of the material;
- frozen water inside polymer HDPE pipe, do not damage it;
- pressure pipes made of polyethylene
- polyethylene pipes are easy to maintain they are easily replaced and repaired;
