Wektor press briquetting bt-60 (Poland) is suitable for the manufacture of fuel briquettes from sawdust of soft wood and hard wood, husk and other plant waste (crop waste, waste of flax, buckwheat,straw, etc.), without the use of any binders, in addition to natural lignin, which is contained in (incoming raw materials).
Preparing raw materials for pressing fuel briquettes
For all kinds of raw materials, the following requirements exist:
-the optimum moisture content should be 15%.
-raw materials must have a fraction of shavings or sawdust to 5mm.
When raw is more humidity and the fraction of additionally installed equipment for grinding (grinder) and drying (the drying unit)
