aggregates for the preparation of pipe ends series W-PF are designed for
machining of pipe ends and perform the operations of facing,
removing the outer and inner bevel angles of 30°, 37,5°, 45°, boring
inner diameter. The unit is mounted on the inner wall of the pipe with
using 3 self-centering jaws, which are bred by turning
of the flywheel and securely hold the unit in position.
The cutting heads of units have multiple toolholders (number of the toolholders depends on the model) that enables you to install several different cutters and perform several operations at the same time, for example, trimming, removing outer chamfer, boring inner diameter.
Axial feed cutting head is carried out manually. This feature allows you to control the mode processing. All models are equipped with electric or pneumatic drive.
