pipe cutting machine with split housing series N-RTM developed and
designed for mechanical pipe cutting and machining of pipe ends by
trimming, removing outer and inner chamfers in stationary and
mounting conditions. The split body design of pipe cutting machines
allows you to set the cutter mounted on any straight
the pipe sections. The body of cutter is made of light alloy, and
this important quality allows you to do the work of one operator,
without involving lifting equipment.
The cutters are mounted on the outer wall of the pipe using 4 jaws independent manual drive. Pipe cutting machines are equipped with "floating" tools, which compensate for the ovality of the pipe end and the error when installing pipe cutters. The working part of the cutter consists of two cutter holders with automatic feed, located diametrically opposite each other. For pipe pieces are inserted into tool holders, two cutting cutter, and for cutting pipes with simultaneous chamfering in the toolholders set Pesochny cutting and cutters. Cutter stroke of 0.1 mm/Rev.
