Granulation line OGM-1,5, OGM-0,8 designed to make pellets from biomass, feed, bran, sawdust, grass flour, and, depending on the needs of the consumer, other source materials. The standard package includes: Pneumatic system (cyclone active); Impeller; Cover cyclone; Rotary valve; Pneumatic system (cyclone passive); Rotary valve; Pneumatic system (cooling cyclone); Rotary valve; cyclone Cover; an Impeller; a storage Hopper (about 4m3); the Spout of the pellet mill; Mixer (agitator); Granulator: fastening Plate of the rollers (rolls), Nodes adjust the rollers (rolls), the Clip matrix, Lapping puck (hat), Bucket conveyor (Elevator), Cooler, Vibrating screen (sorting), control Cabinet. It is also possible to supply the pellet mill separately: the set includes: - mixer (agitator); pellet mill (reducer); attachment matrices (clamp); the attachment points of the clips (plates); the nodes of roller adjustment; lapping plate ("hat"); frame motors.
