In General, after a detailed diagnosis of the condition, the inductor goes in for repair, during which the following operations are performed:
1. Disassembly of the coil, removal of damaged areas, cleaning from scale, sludge and broken insulation layer, the installation and fixing of the inductor to repair the fixture;
2. Manufacturer of coils, racks, plates, magnetic, fasteners, terminals, etc. to replace the failed one;
3. Assembly fixture repair, soldering/welding joints, annealing inductor;
4. Examination of welds and brazed joints for leaks;
5. Restoring the original geometrical dimensions, exhibiting gaps;
6. Application of insulating coatings.
After repair, the inductor passes the control test.
