Heat TGT-1500 is intended for heating of atmospheric air from 10 to 120 C, used for drying grain, legumes, oil crops of seed, food and forage use in grain dryers of various types.
As fuel in the heat source used straw, pressed in bales round shape. Maximum single load up to 1200 kg. a Continuous combustion of a single Zaluski to 2 h. it is Possible to use wood (grain husk, sawdust, pellets) as an additive to the burning straw.
Alternate loading of the combustion chamber and a significant amount of water circuit can reduce the fluctuation of outlet temperature of drying agent, which is very important for the efficient drying of grain.
In addition the water loop minimizes the thermal load on the combustion chamber, which in turn guarantees long service life of the heat generator.
The heated air supplied by the fan from the heat source into the dryer, is isolated from the flue gases and does not contain harmful substances.

The amount of heat energy obtained by burning 1 ton of straw is equivalent to the amount of thermal energy obtained from the combustion of 366 m3 of natural gas, or 316 kg of fuel oil, diesel fuel.
Consists of a housing with two burners, two heat exchangers for heating of drying agent (air), fan to supply air for heating, fans for supplying air to the combustion zone of the smoke exhauster and automation for combustion control and air heating.
