The silo is ventilated sacs...are designed for accumulation and temporary preservation of grain for the preservation of seeds and food qualities to ensure smooth, continuous operation of grain cleaning and drying systems for winter storage seed conditioned humidity. The silo is ventilated can be used for "binning" and "condensation or" grain for two hours after drying, followed by blowing with cold air to remove the most stubborn of internal moisture.
This technology allows to dry grain in the dryer not to 14%, and 16%, which significantly reduces the drying time and consequently energy consumption.
The ventilated silo is a fixed installation, cylindrical shape with a conical bottom and a concentrically located air distribution pipe. The hull plates and the air distribution tubes are stamped perforated canvas with double-sided galvanized steel athibai them. The bearing housing and the air distribution pipe is a ground. On top of the hull is a cone-shaped roof in the Central hole of which is inserted the boot device to ensure uniform loading of the silo. To ensure the possibility of aeration of grain when not completely filled, the silo is provided with a float valve troublecall lift system. Air valve regulates the flow of air in the desired layer of grain. The air in the air distribution tube is a fan.
