Chain conveyor with submerged scrapers are designed for horizontal transportation of grain and products of its processing to all climatic zones. Designed for installation in the lower part of the metal grain dump pits. The length of the conveyor is formed by a set of drive and idler stations, passing closed and open. Connection of all components of the conveyor bolt. A number of lengths of bushing sections from a 0.625 m to 2.5 m – enables you to assemble a conveyor of any length in increments of 125mm. In passing the open section the supply of the product is carried out without adjustment directly on the bottom of the working chain with scrapers along the entire length of the section. If it is necessary to regulate the flow of grain from the grain dump pit (cleaning, etc.) you should additionally install a special valve over the entire length of bushing the open sections, or to use a frequency Converter for speed control of the motor.
The chain tension is achieved by two tension screws.
Traction body of the conveyor is a special version of the standard circuit M112. On the chain are plastic scrapers.
The pipeline is produced in two coating options:
— powder painted grey
-hot-dip galvanizing not less 275g/m2.
The actuator consists of a cylindrical reducer is domestic or imported and the motor.
