Elevator belt/chain is self-supporting single-threaded single-grain single tube/twin tube with centrifugal unloading of buckets are designed for vertical transportation of grain and products of its processing to all climatic zones. Intended for installation outdoors without shelter.
Elevator height is formed by a set of the head, Shoe, bushing and repair sections. Connecting all nodes of Elevator bolt. Design head noriya does not require additional sites for attachment of the actuator. All elevators equipped with mechanisms to stop reverse. The band tension/chain with the buckets is happening in the Shoe using two tension screws. Traction on the belt of the Elevator is a belt of rubber, pulling on the chain Elevator is a special version standard chain TRD-38. Belt set bucket made of impact resistant plastic, the chain – buckets metal.
The actuator consists of a cylindrical reducer domestic or imported production and the electric motor, or a motor-reducer are imported. Reducer with hollow output shaft wearing on the shaft of the drive pulley and transmits rotation to it directly without coupling.
Noriya is produced in two coating options:
— powder painted blue
— hot-dip galvanizing not less 275g/m2
Additionally, elevators can be equipped with sensors of the dam, gathering speed. Specially designed and commercially available service platform actuator and a vertical ladder with mounting directly on the Noria.
