The grain cooler is designed for continuous cooling of the grain arriving from the hot zone of the dryer.
Dry heated grain through the Elevator or other conveying mechanism are fed into the cooler and fills it. The level of grain is controlled according to the testimony of 2 level switches in the hopper.
In operation, the fan sucks the atmospheric air outside, stretch across the grain in vertical channels with perforated walls and through the exhaust chamber are thrown out.
The grain, moving from top to bottom, is cooled to a temperature above the temperature of surrounding air not more than 10⁰С, and then enters the exhaust mechanisms controlled by frequency Converter. This allows you to adjust the speed of movement of the grain and the intensity of cooling.
Prom mechanisms serves the grain, the lower tank, where it enters the outer transporting mechanisms.
The cooler casing is made of brand galvanized steel S280GD+Z 275g/m2;MA;C;O EN 10346/09 .
The life of the cooler – at least 20 years. Hardware warranty – 12 months.
