At the end of 2012 started the production of sieves with hexagonal holes of sieve type separators.
The square sieve and the total area of the holes – the two major factors influencing the productivity of a sieve.
Universal way to improve the performance of grain-cleaning machines different types to increase the transparency of the sieves, i.e., to increase the total area of the holes without changing the square sieve.
The main bottleneck constraining the performance of grain-cleaning machines is a weak removal of small litter on city podsevnyh for the reason that of a sieve with round holes of small size have a small total area of the holes and therefore small living section. These comparisons show that the productivity of grain-cleaning machines, if only to consider the performance of screening by increasing the living section podsevnyh sit is 55% or more.
