These turnkey solutions allow you to quickly carry out the lining of gravity of the equipment.
We manufacture polyurethane pipe in diameter from 200 to 800 mm, length up to 50 meters with a wall thickness of 2 to 8 mm, polyurethane inserts in the nozzles and sectors.

Pipes, nozzles, sector of polyurethane are inserted into the steel worn and new gravity flange from the movement of grain. The opposite side panels of polyurethane is trimmed with a knife. Lining of gravity takes a few minutes. Steel worn gravity with a wall thickness of 2 mm with polyurethane insert with a thickness of 2.5 mm will operate 17 times longer than new steel, protecting the grain from crushing and injury!
