The device is designed for remote control two speed asynchronous motor reverse at a reduced speed. Used for dvuhmestnij scraper conveyors equipped with two-speed asynchronous motor a squirrel cage rotor in conditions of mines dangerous on gas and dust.
When managing a two-speed motor the device provides auto-translation mode with reduced speed (the motor is 85 kW) to high speed (motor up to 250 kW).
The device is mass-produced according to TU U 27.1-00165675-026:2015.
FunctionThe device provides the following functions:
- selection of operation mode "Work Repair";
- in the "Work"- inclusion of motor shunting (low) speed, acceleration motor time, during (8 – 10), followed the shift motor is working (great) speed. Reversible switching of the electric motor is carried out only on shunting speed.
- in the "Repair" the startup and operation of the electric motor, in direct and reverse inclusion is only on shunting speed.
Electric diagram of the device is ensured by:
- protection from short-circuit currents extending from the device power circuits and lighting the alarm if it is triggered, current overload protection and light alarm when it triggered;
electric lock preventing the inclusion of the device when the insulation resistance in outgoing power circuits below 35 kω when the voltage of 660 V and 110 ohms at voltage 1140V and light alarm when activated locks;
- protection when you open or when you increase the resistance grounding circuit between the device and the motor to a value more than 50 Ohms;
check the operation of the device prior insulation monitoring;
protection joining by heating of windings of electric motors with built-in in them of PTC resistors;
- zero protection;
- protection from the loss of control in-circuit wiring of remote control circuit each other;
- protection from self-energizing device at short (less than 1) increase the mains supply voltage up to 150 % of the rated value;
check the maximum current protection;
- protection of the motor when one phase is open and the alarm when it is triggered;
- triggering of network wide protection against leaks to ground in case welding of the power contacts of the vacuum contactors in any of the three phase;
- triggering of network wide protection against leaks to ground in case the occurrence of leakage to earth in any of the windings two-speed of the electric motor;
- the intrinsically safe circuits of remote control.
