Automation for boilers
Offer type: salePublished: 10.02.2017
Block automatic control of solid fuel boilers KW "Leader" is a microprocessor-based temperature controller (controller), which is designed to control the operation of the boiler. The controller regulates the temperature of the coolant in the boiler with modulating fan speed discharge, carries out a purge of the boiler and protects the Central heating system from boiling water. Also, the control unit controls the operation of the Central heating pump.
Minimum installation temperature of the boiler KW "Leader" must be at least 5°C higher than the temperature switch on the circulation pump (for example, if the temperature switch on the circulation pump is 40°C, the minimum temperature setting is at least 45°C).
The fan is for blowing air into the furnace of the Central heating boiler. They can also be used for co ventilation and equipment. It operates at an ambient temperature of 0 to 40°C.
In the presence of the fan in the boiler the burning fuel is much more high-quality, stable. Fuel burns more efficiently and generates more heat, which positively affects efficiency.
Smoke extraction fan creates the necessary traction, guarantees the quality of the combustion, gives the possibility to automate the burning of fuel.
