In connection with saving gas and other expensive fuels, the company's specialists "Teplodar" was developed: universal gasification chamber UCG-0,7 "Leader" and pretopos for burning the fuel Psft-0,7 "Leader" with a capacity of up to 0.7 MW.
These settings work on any fractional solid fuel (Psft-0,7 "Leader"), as well as waste wood and plant origin (UKG-0,7 "Leader"). They can burn like briquettes, pellets, chips or sawdust, and straw, husks of sunflower seeds and other cereals.
UKG-0,7 "Leader" is a universal pretopos (burner of the pyrolysis type). It is used to convert carbon-containing raw materials, by means of gasification with subsequent combustion in the thermal energy. To put it simply, the unit operates on gas, which is formed in the gasification chamber after the combustion of waste. UKG-0,7 "Leader" can be used with solid fuel and gas or oil boilers of the type of TORCH, hot-water boilers to Niistu-5, steam series boilers E-1,0-0,9 etc.
The basic principle of Pfst-0,7 "Leader" is the conversion of solid fuel (namely, wood and vegetable wastes, which have a fairly low heat) in the generator gas is much greater heat transfer, and then complete combustion in the boiler furnace. Fuel Pfst-0,7 "Leader" is served automatically. And also, to prevent accidents pretopos is equipped with sound and light alarm.
