The fan is intended for air supply in the boiler of small capacity.
The exhaust fan is designed for exhaust of combustion products in boilers with further flow in the flue pipe. A number of models that comprise : VD – 2.7; VD – 3.5; D – 3.5 M; DN – 6.3.
Fans:
The air required to support combustion of the fuel in the furnace compartments boilers, as a rule, is pumped by means of fans, referred to as "centrifugal". Centrifugal fan equipment, which consists of:
1) the Impeller (rotor).
2) the volute casing.
3) the Drive.
Exhaust fans:the exhaust fans include a fan with low or medium pressure air, as well as fans, which are made by special technology. They differ from conventional ventilators with low or medium air pressure is more durable casing design and impeller .
Why the need for exhaust fans?
The exhaust fan is essentially needed in order to enforce the flue gases from furnaces, gas-or oil-fired pulverized coal boilers. The use of exhaust fans according to the documentation is allowed when the temperature of the gases is not above 399 ?C.
