Quick technical description:
The machine consists of the following main parts:
- frame on which is mounted a an actuator driving a crank mechanism on the slide which is mounted a movable knife;
- Transporter hearth probaton the thickness of the slices, stops during the working stroke of the movable knife;
- a movable output tray for chopped slices.
Marmalade polubarinov laid to tape in-feed conveyor and switched on the drive of the machine. Cutting is guillotine knife making reciprocating movement along the guides. Gummy slices discharged into the extendible tray of stainless steel. The car also can be used for cutting formation of the marmalade, or other products to strips of given width, while rebuilding a drive of the conveyor to the desired the feed step.
