Structurally, the boiler BURAN 40 consists of two steel cylinders (one inside the other), with an outer layer of insulation. The heated coolant is in the space between the cylinders. Inside the cylinder of small diameter located a combustion zone, a service which is accessed via doors top and bottom in the casing of the boiler. The combustion process in the boiler takes place only in the upper layer the laying of fuel (wood, coal). This layer of fuel through the telescopic pipe with the air distributor is supplied with heated air from the chamber heating the air. After burning the top layer of the fuel dispenser air gradually goes down and is always kept on the burning fuel, namely, in the center of burning. Hearth of burning fuel, as its combustion is moved from the top to the bottom of the furnace. The temperature of the coolant and the amount of air supplied to the combustion zone of the fuel is regulated metalowymi with traction control. This device allows to increase the efficiency of the boiler and also gives the possibility to adjust the temperature of the coolant in the amount that is needed to heat the house. For optimal heat removal, between the chamber heating the air and the walls of the combustion chamber of the boiler, around the perimeter there is a gap in which the smoke into the heating chamber the air enters the outlet gases. To increase the temperature in the hearth burning universal BURAN boilers are additionally equipped with a fan air supply.
