The extruder can:
Prepare grain for feeding large horned livestock, pigs and poultry. In the extrusion process in the feed grain, the following changes occur:
- dry the gelatinization of starch
- conversion fiber
- killed harmful microflora (mould, bacteria, fungi), because of the high pressure (20-30атм) and temperature (130-160грд) in the extruder.
The use of an extrudate peas, maize, barley, wheat feeding pigs allows:
- intensify the average daily weight gain of pigs 15,7-27%,reduce feed consumption (including feed-deficient animal origin).
- reduce the mortality of piglets due to sharp (12-17 fold) reduction in bacterial fungal contamination of grain.
Extruder mounted on any flat floor, even earthy. The Foundation is not required for installation.
In the car there are no external heaters. Via 60 seconds after the start of the work - the finished product is of good quality.
Feed grain does not require pre-steaming.
