TECHNOLOGICAL INSTRUCTION

To ensure long-term operation of any types of coolant, including coolant "UNIZOR-M" we recommend:

1. Remove old, rotted coolant from the machine or from the gas tank.
2. To clean the inner surface of the gas tank from dirt, deposits, etc.
3. Rinse the gas tank with a solution of ordinary detergent funds (soda) and remove it.
4. Rinse gas tank with disinfectant solution means and to remove it.
5. Mix the coolant concentrate in the container before use.
6. To prepare a working solution of coolant:

Example the preparation of 100 kg 5% solution of the working coolant from concentrate
Coolant "UNIZOR-M", cold tap water:

95 kg cold water pour 5 kg of concentrate "UNIZOR-M" and a mechanical stir.
(Preparation of solution of coolant can be performed directly in the machine).

Attention: heat this solution the coolant is not necessary.

Received 5% translucent working solution coolant from white to light yellow
colors ready to work with high technical and operational properties.
