The purpose of gear pumps type NMSH, sh NMSP NMSG
Gear pumps of type sh, NMSH, NMSHF, NMSG and electric pump units on their basis are intended for pumping oil products and other liquids with lubricating capacity, without mechanical impurities and non-corrosive working parts of the pump.
The viscosity of the pumped liquid from 0.018-104 to 22,00-10-4 m2/s (1,08...300°WU) temperature to +70°C (for some pumps according to customer's demand up to 250°C, see notes).
The lower limit of viscosity is limited to greasing ability of a pumped fluid, upper - motor power and suction ability of the pump. When ordering, the limits of viscosity and operating temperature of the pumped liquid must be agreed with the manufacturer.
The pump consists of a gear pump and motor shafts are connected by elastic coupling of the Cam type with an asterisk.
The pumps are mounted with motor on a common plate (frame) or attached to the motor using a flashlight. The units can be equipped with adjustable actuator (motor-variator or a frequency Converter).
Gear pumps are characterized by high reliability, efficiency, low weight and dimensions.
