Holzstar HBS 361-2 (holzstar SCO 361 2) Tape wood saw is designed for cutting workpieces of hard and soft wood, various types of slabs of wood: MDF, chipboard, OSB sheets, various plastics. With proper selection of a blade, this tape wood saw capable of cutting thin blanks of non-ferrous metals, aluminum and Plexiglas.

• The exact pulleys. The pulleys are molded from aluminum by precision casting method under pressure, equipped with a special coating in contact with the blade, which prevents damage to the fabric and prolongs its life.
• A large, cast iron, polished Desk, with the ability to tilt up to 45°. Desk has a T-shaped groove, which allows you to use the angle stop for cutting of the workpiece at the required angle.
• To perform quick, accurate, longitudinal cuts, a rip fence. The rip fence is provided with a scale provided with a magnifying lens and fast clamping lever for quick movement and fixation of emphasis.
• Retractable compass by which it is possible to hold the workpiece on the working table and rotary motion, to perform a radial cut of the workpiece.
• Accurate guides rigidly hold the saw blade in motion, which ensures high precision cutting the wooden workpiece. Control the direction of movement of the saw blade is the reference bearings, mounted "above" and "below" the saw Desk. That is, the clearance between the blade and the supporting bearings, determines the magnitude of the oscillations and displacements of the blade, which directly affects precision of cut of the workpiece.
