Chen for cake cooling as well as cooling and partial drying of extruded soybean after processing in the extruder. The task of the cake coolers coolant-2500 – to prevent sintering of the protein component in another hot full-fat soybeans immediately after extrusion.
The raw material is poured into the feeder of the cooler. The screw feeder moves the product into the drum cooler.
The drum rotates around its axis. In the middle of the drum welded strips.
When rotating the slats're hot pour the cake (raw) on the drum in the direction of discharge.
Side loading of raw materials to the coolers have a fan.
It creates air flow through the raw material which is poured in the drum.
Occurs the heat exchange between the cold air and the hot extrudate.
The fan sucks heated air from the cooler.
The cooled product is poured from the drum cooler.
