TM MASLAMAH: designed for the production of full-fat extruded soybean - an important component of feed for all species of farm animals and poultry.
In the process, the line occurs:
- grinding soy beans;
extrusion;
- cooling of soybean extrudate.
Full-fat extruded soya, obtained on the lines of LES-25, characterized by:
- a higher level of metabolizable energy and increased dry matter content compared to full fat soy, which is produced using alternative technologies;
- long shelf life due to the destruction of the enzyme lipoxygenase during processing;
- consistently low activity of urease and contents of inhibitors of trypsin;
- high content of lecithin, important for fat metabolism.
LES-25 reliable in operation, has a short payback period. If necessary, can be operated around the clock throughout the week.
