Technology of production of extrudate
Source components: waste from slaughter and meat processing (veterinary products, non-food waste, bones, offal, cattle) and grain.
Meat processing wastes are crushed in crushing unit of meat and bone meal to a fraction of 4-6 mm, then dismaliciousx pump flowing to a fraction of 1-2 mm, in accordance with the recipe mixed with the forage in a horizontal single-shaft mixer (uniformity of mixing 95%). The finished mixture is extruded in a press-extruder EU-500.
Advantages of technology:
- the use of only one energy carrier (electricity);
- lack of sewage and gas emissions.
An important advantage is the low cost and long shelf life of the final product (at least 6 months). The resulting operation of the line product (extrudate) is actually plant food, enriched with protein and fats at maximum available for intestinal form.
