Technology of production of extrudate
Source components: waste from slaughter and meat processing (veterinary products, non-food waste, bones, offal, cattle) and grain.
Meat processing wastes are crushed in crushing unit of meat and bone meal to a fraction of 4-6 mm, then dismaliciousx pump flowing to a fraction of 1-2 mm, in accordance with the recipe mixed with the forage in a horizontal single-shaft mixer (uniformity of mixing 95%). The finished mixture is extruded in a press-extruder EU-1200. After extruding the product screw conveyor is served in the cooler of the extrudate.
