Designed for the production of extruded feed from waste priceperformance (waste from poultry slaughtering and case) in a mixture with a vegetable ingredient for different age and sex groups of cattle, pigs and birds.
Technology of production of extrudate
Source components: waste from poultry slaughtering, die-off and forage.
Wastes from the poultry processing crushed in a grinder to a fraction of 1-2 mm, further in accordance with the recipe mixed with the forage in a horizontal single-shaft mixer (uniformity of mixing 95%). The finished mixture is extruded in a press-extruder EU-1200. After extruding the product screw conveyor is served in the cooler of the extrudate.
An important advantage is the low cost and long shelf life of the final product (at least 6 months). The resulting operation of the line product (extrudate) is actually plant food, enriched with protein and fats at maximum available for intestinal form.
