Garbage containers for solid waste volume of 1.1 m3

DESCRIPTION

                Manufacture of containers for Solid waste in Kharkiv, Kharkiv region and Ukraine. Organization of delivery and of discharge.

The company "TAF-87" produces containers for MSW in the shop with the brake application machine, guillotine, cutting and chopping machines, which reduces the amount welding areas and increases the quality products. The welding machine, the application of protective coatings – spray gun. It is also possible to design and manufacture according individual sizes (any configuration).

                Technology and details production of eurocontainers:

1. Made from cold rolled steel/hot rolled sheet thickness 1.2/ 2.0 mm;

2. Has hard edging around the perimeter of the shaped tube and curved profile;

3. On the sides of the garbage container there are special grips and handle for ease of emptying in the garbage-disposal machinery;

4. There are drain holes at the bottom;

5. Reinforced wheels are attached at the corners (with turning feet), diameter 200 mm, designed for a load of 250 kg/wheel.

6. Front are ribs;

7. Primed on all sides anti-corrosion primer GF-021;

8. Opened alkyd enamel PF-115 (just from the outside and the bottom color choice).

                Characteristics of Euro containers: steel thickness/ volume/ load capacity/ weight/ cost.

1. 1,2 mm. with lid/ 1.1 m3/ 500 kg/ 130 lbs./ 6000 UAH.

2. Of 2.0 mm. with lid/ 1.1 m3/ 500 kg/ 175 kg/ UAH 6870.

3. 1,2 mm without lid/ 1.1 m3/ 500 kg/ 109 kg./ 5100 UAH.

4. Of 2.0 mm. without lid/ 1.1 m3/ 500 kg/ 154 lbs./ 5960 UAH.

                Optional: a logo – 150 UAH. enamel is applied through a stencil or glued on a sheet A4 (oracal); delivered to Kharkov – 250 UAH.

Garbage containers can be produced in the enhanced version, tailored to individual requirements on a special project. It is also possible redemption of Your tank and replace it with a new one.

Warranty on manufactured products is 12 months.
