Welded masonry mesh or, as it is also called, armopoyas is the material without which it is simply impossible to imagine any construction. Reinforcing mesh gives additional strength to foundations, concrete floors, reinforced concrete, strengthens the plaster layer and brickwork. Masonry mesh is made of black or galvanized wire of double-sided periodic profile, by contact welding. For each type of work, the construction grid must meet specific requirements. Narpimer: the mesh for concrete floor screed should have as small a cell as possible and as thick a wire as possible, whereas the mesh for plaster can have a small wire thickness (about 2.5-3mm) and a large cell. To fill the foundations of multi-storey residential buildings, grids are required that will help the concrete withstand enormous loads. Such grids are made of rebar, with a cross section from 6 to 20mm. and are called reinforcement grids. As we can see, the use of an armature in construction is simply irreplaceable, and the quality requirements for its manufacture are completely limitless. That is why the range of masonry reinforcing meshes is quite wide and consists of both light reinforcement meshes and reinforcement meshes with very serious wire diameters. The reinforcing mesh is supplied in cards, the size of which can be changed at the request of the customer. Considering the scope of application of these grids, the thickness of the wire from which they are welded should be large enough. Basically, a wire with a thickness of 2.5 to 6mm is taken, such thicknesses are quite enough to give the concrete the necessary strength. The main thing to pay attention to when choosing a reinforcing material is the thickness of the wire, the geometry of the cells and the strength of the welded joints. Due to the simplicity of the machines on which the welded masonry mesh for reinforcement is cooked, its production is quite fast, and reconfiguration to any required thickness takes a matter of hours.
