The semiautomatic machine is designed for filling by weight dairy products, juices, purees, tomato paste, egg melange and concentrates with solid particles up to 2 CC special plastic bags of the type "Bag-in-Box" with a capacity from 20 to 220 liters and capping a special valve.
The main design features:
The filling process is regulated and controlled by the weight sensor and the control panel, weight sensor. After filling the package specified quantity of the product valve product is closed, the package is injected dose of nitrogen and filling-capping module is returned to its original position, and the stopper is inserted in the neck of the package.
Table packages can be adjusted in height depending on sizes of packets used.
In the delivery kit may include additional conveyor to move the empty and filled drums (optional).
