Maslousky unit AHX-202 is designed for vegetableoil processing of the crushed kernel oil seeds (sunflower, cotton) and the subsequent receipt of vegetable oil by means of a single pre-compaction (forpressure).
The unit consists of Channa roasters, screw feeder, screw press and tap-struts with electric hoist.
Welded tanks grills are heated with saturated steam jacket (heads and shells). Oil press is a device for adjusting the thickness of the cake. Jib crane facilitates the disassembly and Assembly of the press and feeder.
Working principle:
the shredded material (Matka from oilseeds) is loaded in the upper Chan roasters, where exposed to intense heat and moisture. Gradually, the material is moved to the mixing blades of Chan in Chan, incurring additional heat treatment. Prepared in a Dutch oven material fed by the feeder screw on the shaft of the press. The press is pressed vegetable oil, which flows through the gap seerey camera. Partially defatted material (cake) comes out of the press on the tray.
