Quard - wear-resistant martensitic steel with an average hardness of 400 to 450 HBW.
The steel is characterized by exceptionally high resistance to abrasion and shock loads, ensuring longer service life. Thanks to the combination of good cold stanoevska and excellent weldability application Quard is optimal in conditions of increased wear.
Quard 450 is recommended for the following applications:
body trucks and trolleys
corps of drums of cement mixers
bins for waste, waste containers
buckets, blades
feeders, trolley, screw conveyors
mining and earthmoving machinery
