Offer press PB-1 is significantly different from existing briquetting presses, both foreign and domestic manufacturers:
• lower cost of electricity for production: up to 48 kW•h per 1 ton briquettes;
• automatic regulation of the supply of raw material in the compaction zone, depending on efforts pressing briquette;
• the possibility of making briquettes of different shapes (round, square, hex).
To obtain the necessary raw material (size and fraction) for the manufacture of briquettes we offer production line LPB-1 comprising:
• heat source;
• drying;
• with pneumatic suction system;
• press briquetting;
• conveyor;
• shredder raw materials.
