Complex for manufacturing of transmission towers
(HCL-50-NT) is designed for production of transmission towers on technology poster
forming pretension of the valve.
The complex capacity is from 50 finished products per shift. Length
products - from 9 to 18m.
The technological process includes:
- production of concrete mixtures,
- fabrication of reinforcement products. to form supports,
- heat treated valve with subsequent pretension,
the molding clay technology.
The complex includes:
- concrete site BSU volume mixer 1.5 m3,
- thermal pallets (4 pieces),
- cassette form supports ST-95 SV-110 (4 pieces),
- bunker reception of inert materials with a volume of 6 m3 (2 pieces),
- tank supplies water volume of 5 m3,
- the concrete spreader with hopper volume 1.5 m3,
- station spray lubricant forms (2 pieces),
- drums unwinding covering material (4 pieces),
- cart export of finished products,
- drive carts export ready pylons with a capacity of 37 kW,
