Loaders PPN3A shaft designed for loading of blasted rock of any hardness and abrasiveness in the car, on a conveyor or other vehicles when driving horizontal mine workings on the emerging underground deposits of minerals and construction of underground facilities.
The machine produces a load of rock fragments of size up to 600 mm in the workings height of at least 2.85 m from the rail head. Loading is performed the track on which the car is moving.
The machine consists of the following main components - the mechanism of movement, turntable, lifting mechanism, working unit, remote control, rotation mechanism and the irrigation system.
Loader PPN3A batch with the lower grip of rock, direct loading, with wheel-rail trolley, cable stabilization working body and pneumatic drive.
The machine is simple in structure, easy to operate and maintain, productive and reliable.
To reduce operator fatigue machine is equipped with muffler and anti-vibration footrest.
