Processing of coal in a hydrocarbon fuel based on the work of Yutkin by electro-hydraulic effect. Today it is the most efficient and economical way, especially if you just need to get a coal-water fuel (CWF). Moreover, this fuel without any additives.
The process of obtaining hydrocarbon fuel starts with obtaining the CWF density 0,92-0,96. Recall, electrohydraulic effect, if correctly applied, not only grinds and chops, but even bore (bore holes without drilling) and stamps (metal without the hammer and press). In our case breaks, rebuilds, modifies.
In the second phase to the hydrocarbon fuel is added to the oil (very long carbohydrate-native chain) and again apply the method Yutkin, but on another machine. The second stage, and the third can be compared to cold cracking. On the second and third stages - power discharge destroyed (torn) molecular chain oil, modified into hydrocarbons of lower density (similar to oil or diesel fuel - 0,835-0,860).
At the third stage, we control the density of the hydrocarbon fuel.
In the fourth phase included the homogenizer and separated water. The resulting oil is pumped into the vessel.
The resulting oil is distilled twice. First distills the heavy fraction (dark), which are used for maintenance (heating) process acceleration. The separated light fraction dispersed on straight-run gasoline and diesel fuel.
