Automatic line Cakematic developed by experts Comas, intended for the production of fresh sponge cakes. On line in automatic mode are the processes: Assembly basics impregnated sponge cakes and usadkoy cream/jam between the layers, the coating cream top and side surfaces, the coating of the sides of the granulated dry ingredients and decoration of the upper part of the cake.
The line is designed for industrial use and is versatile and adaptable to each particular production.
