Manual welding line heavy rebar cages (Ø3-14mm)
Machine RLT allows welding of reinforcing bars with a diameter of up to 14mm. Features: movable bottom bus (to reduce wear), more powerful pneumatic cylinder (as on the clamp and on protege) and, in some versions, a more powerful power transformer. Due to the new system guides with variable pitch line has a wide range of welding flat frames with openings, the possibility of producing non-standard welded mesh, meshes, with different custom cell. Step cells is regulated smoothly in both longitudinal and transverse directions with a precision of up to 1 mm.
