Manual line RLN is designed for economical and simple production of metal welded bar grating. Welding line RLN is an improved modification of the machine RL, allowing welding of reinforcing bars with a diameter up to 12mm and bearing bars.
Metal welded grating flooring is strong and durable, is the most abundant element in the production sites, is used widely in various industries, as coverage of the communication paths, channels exposed to higher pollution. Welded flooring is very simple in production, installation and operation.
Metal welded grating flooring is made by means of contact welding of low carbon steel with subsequent protective coating or without it.Welded gratings can be manufactured on the machine RLN stainless steel, smooth steel bars with a diameter of 3-12 mm
