Designed for filling cans, which are pre-Packed vegetables or fruits with the necessary spices or herbs, Salifou prepared separately.
Filling bays consists of a frame-bath, to which are attached the parts and components of the machine, chain conveyor with drive and idler drums.
Transporting the item-circuit plate pramoedya, type SS 812/815, is driven by an electric motor 0,18 kW, 1500 rpm, through a worm gear NMR W040, with gear ratio 1:40. The speed of the conveyor is regulated by izmenenie shaft speed of the motor frequency controller within 50%. This device includes a centrifugal pump system turboproped and valves, tank float level. All parts and components of the filler in contact with the product are made of stainless steel.
Banks with products appear through the first intermediate pad on a plastic conveyor belt, moving through the filling area and removed from the filler on the second floor. Ready (and heated) Bay enters the tub and through the filter mesh is discharged into tank. The level in the tank is maintained by a float regulator. Bay from a supply tank also served in the intake system of the centrifugal pump. Consumption bays on the required performance is adjusted corresponding valves
