Nichrome HN - austenitic chromium-Nickel alloy (Ni80Cr20 / DIN 2.4869) for use at temperatures over 1200°C (2190°F). Alloy characterized by high electrical resistance, oxidation resistance, good dimensional stability, ductility and weldability.Used for heating elements for home use and industrial furnaces. Typical application irons, Ironing machines, water heaters, dies for plastic molding, soldering, elements of tubular heat exchangers and the elements of the cartridge.Due to the increased adhesion properties of the oxide layer, HN provides long life compared to other chromium-Nickel alloys Wire HN, diameter: 0.010 - 12 mm Tape IN, thickness: 0.10 - 4 mm, width: 4 - 200 mm on request.
