Starter chainsaw "Friendship" (metal case)
Manual starter for chain saws is designed to start the engine. Starter may differ slightly in size and structural features, but the operating principle is one and the same. The starter is attached to the engine of the chainsaw and is actuated by hand, this requires sharp movement to pull the rope starter which is wound on the inner drum. The movement of the cable causes rotation of the ratchet which engages with mating ratchet motor chainsaw. The piston of the engine and magneto are set in motion there is a fire the air-fuel mixture, the engine starts and the ratchet immediately comes out of engagement. And starter rope with handle returns to its original position by a return spring, which is installed inside of the starter housing. If the first time to get the chainsaw failed, you can attempt. Benzosaw will be easier to make if all the moving parts starter will be blurred , and the ratchet on the starter and the engine will be with minimal signs of wear.
It should be noted that this starter is designed to start only chainsaw "Friendship", it is not possible to use for starting the engine of the chainsaw "Ural", as they are different sizes.Case starter made from metal and painted in a bright color, it was easier to find, if necessary, in the snow.
