The purpose
The separator of the drilling fluid prevents the normal conduct of the process the drilling. The presence of gas in the solution affects the whole process the drilling. Series separator ZYQ is designed for degassing and cleaning of associated gas in plants collection and preparation of oil. In mainly used for purification of large bubbles (gas) inside the solution diameter≥φ3mm. He usually works with an electric torch burner.
Structure
The separator is from : 1) exhaust pipe 2) pipe entering the gas-liquid mixture 3) safety valve 4) Luke 5) pipe to drain the fluid 6) wastewater
Technical description
Oil and gas mixture under pressure enters through the pipe to the distributing manifold having a slot the output mixture. From the gap of the oil and gas mixture enters on inclined planes, increasing the path of movement of oil and facilitate the selection of occluded gas bubbles. A drop of oil, the thump of hands in the nozzle, flow down into the sump and drainage pipe going to the bottom of the separator. For nozzle during gas flow is set partition with a large number of holes formed on the principle of passes equal costs, the leveling speed of gas.
